ESAD Autumn Winter Mini Blog Hop

Good Morning everyone!
I hope you’re ready for the ESAD Blog Hop! Better go grab yourself a cuppa as you’ll be hopping for a while!
What is ESAD you say? ESAD stands for Extra Special Australian (and New Zealand) Demonstrators and it is an online group just for Australian and New Zealand demonstrators for Stampin’ Up! We so love what we do and not only do we love to share it with our customers, friends and wonderful blog visitors but we share our love for what we do with each other as Demonstrators. We run swaps, challenges, tutorials, product know how and cyberstamps and we are always there to help and support each other when its needed.

So if you are a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand then please feel free to click here to join our wonderful group.

You might be just starting this blog hop, if not, then you would have arrived here from Lisa’s blog.

Here’s a Vintage Vogue card showing off the gorgeous stamp set as well as the new clear window sheets. Do you recognise the colour? It’s one of the new In Colours – only available in this Mini catalogue. i was so excited when they released 3 of the new In Colours. Doesn’t the ribbon just make this card look stunning.

You’re probably wondering how I did the scallop circle right? Well, it’s really simple, use the scallop circle punch and the 1 1/8″ circle punch, then cut slits from the inside (making sure it doesn’t cut through) and curl around the back of the pale plum circle. I’ll post some pictures to describe this process tomorrow.

Stamps – En Francais, Vintage Vogue
Ink – Rich Razzleberry and Pale Plum Classic Ink, Stazon White
Paper – Rich Razzleberry, Pale Plum, Whisper White CS, Clear Window Sheets
Accessories – Scallop Circle Punch, 1 1/8″Circle Punch, Circle Scissors, Pretties Kit, Rich Razzleberry Polka-Dot Grosgrain ribbon

And what else have I made? I’ve used the Big Shot and the exclusive Stampin’ Up! scallop envelope die. The scallop envelop makes mini envelopes that fit just perfectly on a card, so I’ll definitely be using this new scallop envelop die for little messages within a card. I’ts also great for scrapbooking, you can hide your journalling in a one fo these beautiful scallop envelops. The dimensions of the envelope come out to be approx 8×5.5cm. Perfect for a little but high impact message.

The basket is made using four of these wonderful scallop envelopes stuck together.

The love notes box is made with two scallop envelopes and a piece of cardstock wrapped around for the sides. The lid just tucks nicely just behind the flower (you can always use velcro dots).
